KidsInclusive School-Based Rehabilitation Services
The goal of School-Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) is to maximize student safety and accessibility in the school environment and to support inclusive participation in school activities.
Services include:
Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy: for students who require consultation support in the areas of safety, self-care, fine and gross motor, and self-regulation.
Speech Therapy: for students with moderate to significant speech needs in the areas of articulation, fluency, resonance and voice.
This referral form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
